Looking at this picture, I recognize that it is right outside the science building on the QC campus and I see that there are two men in the picture, one taking a photo and the other throwing a water bottle into the air. I can relate it back to that day, the first day of class (or second) being there and remembering it happen. It kind of brings back the feelings of that day, thinking about how it was at the beginning of the semester and so curious to know how much I would walk away with at the end. When look away I am able to visualize the professor tossing the bottle into the air as we all stood there and snapped photos.
When I look at the picture I see two men looking upward outside a building surrounded by some grass. I think about the first week of class and how we were being taught to do different things with our cameras. It makes me feel sad knowing that the semester is over but also happy about how much I learned. I also feel surprised with how much I did enjoy photography and learning something completely new. When I look away I remember the bottle being thrown up into the air and the light shining on it.
I notice the stillness of the water bottle in the sky and wonder if the prof. caught that bottle as it came down and not fell to the floor. I see that there is another person trying to catch the momemt. When i look away, i remember the bottle floating in the sky.
